Client portal - existing tickets
We would like to be able to have management at existing clients be able to log in the client portal and see all open tickets for their specific client area, is that something on the roadmap, or already in place and I missed it?

Already in place — add the tag ‘Portal - All tickets’ to that specific contact in Gorelo 🙂
Is there a way for a client who does not have a M365 account to view their company Portal?
Not just yet -- we'll be soon building an email code authentication process to cover those uses cases
