🦄 Insights for tickets! Open the Insights panel on the right side and you’ll see recent tickets by the same client and contact. We’ll soon show similar tickets and relevant documents surfaced by AI.
✨ Contracts - A heap of QoL improvements: Archive/Delete now available via the 3-dot menu, new labor type explanations, swapped sides for billing role and work type, coverage explanation has been added etc.
✨ Products & Bundles - Clone/Archive/Delete now available via the 3-dot menu
✨ Products & Bundles - Toast notifications now appear when syncing to a Bundle or Contract is required
✨ General - ‘Internal’ client indicator is now shown throughout for clarity
🐛 QuickBooks - Fixed an issue where invoices were not voiding in QuickBooks in certain circumstances
🐛 Xero - Fixed an issue where the COA code for labor was not flowing through to Xero
