🦄 Webhooks can now be called via automation rules! Raw JSON is currently available, and we’ll soon be releasing Teams and Slack templates to make things easier
✨ Tickets - Handling for inbound emails with malformed To fields has been introduced
✨ Invoices - Failed invoice sync to Xero/QBO is now shown in the UI along with the error
🐛 Tickets - Fixed an issue where the ticket count was occasionally not accurately reflected
🐛 Tickets - Fixed an issue where Time Spent was greyed out after changing from Closed to Solved
🐛 Automation - Fixed an issue where time-based logic could fail under certain conditions when exceeding 24 hours
🐛 Portal - Fixed an issue where form responses were not appearing when submitted via the portal
