Closed Ticket re-opened
Hi guy's, just wondering when i close a ticked as resolved/finished the custoemr gets a ticket closed email, if and when they respond usually with a "thanks" it re-opens the ticket, i then go back and close again, does this then send another closed email to the client?

Yes, as far as I know it does. They'll get the hint eventually.
Ok thanks, I might put a line in Do Not Reply to this email unless its not resolved or something.

You can change it, I have it open and solved because thats really what they care about. If they get an email that says hold they usually call me.
that makes sense as well, I usually just close the ticket at first go anyway. thanks for the info it makes sense.
