Alerts when a form is filled out?
I have a new user form (love it) but they slip through the cracks as there's no alert that I can find. Is that automatable?

Not to certain regarding a form not attached to anything,
We generate the form on a ticket and then send that to the client.
Client emails ticket in for new user (or we make one from a call)
Generate form link and send it out on the ticket
Reply comes back in on the ticket and all ticket assignees are notified
I've not tested but looks like there is settings to alert a group on form completion also

You can also use Automations to do a number of things -- here's an example of just a basic notification when a form is submitted (the name of the form becomes to title of the ticket).
Gotcha. It's on, but I seemed to miss the notification. All good!
