email for new ticket

Hi how can i setup automation to send me an email whenever a new ticket is created please.

Solution
Settings > Automations > Event & Time

Create an automation with a trigger of ‘Ticket is created

Add whatever conditions.

Add an action of ‘Call webhook’ and send this to something like webhook.site/Zapier/N8N to generate an email (or just straight to Teams of you’re ok with that).
