Hi how can i setup automation to send me an email whenever a new ticket is created please.

Create an automation with a trigger of ‘Ticket is created’
Add whatever conditions....

Create an automation with a trigger of ‘Ticket is created’
Add whatever conditions.
Add an action of ‘Call webhook’ and send this to something like webhook.site/Zapier/N8N to generate an email (or just straight to Teams of you’re ok with that).

Just FYI on the Teams Alert, due to the new Workflow (with the deprecation of webhooks), Microsoft doesnt have all tenant regions available. Im in NZ and they dont support us yet so your Teams Automation doesnt work: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/power-automate-docs/blob/main/articles/regions-overview.md
