Scheduling techs / calendars
I’m a little confused by the Calendar / To Do. I guess that’s my specific user’s calendar? How can I put ticket appointments on the calendar of a specific technician? Thanks!

You can schedule one or multiple people via the 'Add to calendar' button on the Ticket Detail page

Or via the Calendar layout on the Ticket List

Thanks for the quick reply, Mikel! Scheduling techs is a big part of our day. Here's a screenshot from our current solution. We used to use Connectwise, which did something similar. Seeing a week at a glance, with different employees with different colors, is quite helpful.
For now, I was thinking that we might be able to get away with the Gorelo calendar on the ticket list, especially as we typically need to show only 2-3 calendars at a time, but I think my staff would get tired of flipping back and fourth through a week's worth of days... especially as the day of the week (Mon/Tue/etc) isn't displayed, which I think will lead to mistakes. Also, each time I change the date, the calendar scrolls back up to 5 AM, leaving me unable to view the afternoon without scrolling each time.

Up for a chat on this sometime? Maybe there are a few simple improvements we could make so it’s viable
