✨ Assets - Chat now automatically follows the operating system theme for dark/light mode. We’re also hard at work bringing Chat into Tickets 🙂
✨ Automation - 'Ticket state is reopened' has been added as a trigger
✨ Automation - 'Ticket Source' has been added as a condition
✨ Assets - Checks/Plugins/Scripts can now be configured to run immediately if the previous schedule was missed
✨ Huntress - Improved handling of hUpdate.exe has been implemented
✨ Tickets - Ctrl+Enter and then Enter can now be used to post public comments without mouse interaction
🐛 Assets - Fixed an issue where the Apps list was failing to load under certain circumstances
🐛 Assets - Fixed an issue where URLs in chat were turning into emojis
🐛 Tickets - Fixed an issue where the incorrect name was shown in Recent Activity for Third-party Conversations and Automations
