Business Logo alternative usage

So under "Settings / Organization", select the pencil edit icon at the top right.
Then, where it has the Organization Logo, select the upload icon to upload your own.
You should also customise your email template/s as well and check and add any line breaks as needed. Have a look at what the options do to a real email by setting up a test job to your self an try emailing it a few times to view how it looks.
To do this, you can go to "Email / Settings", and select the pencil icon to the right of the IT Support email Address.
From here, select the "Email Template Management" tab, then from the drop down, select the "Ticket Created Email" first up.
The brochure I created (in Canva) is attached as an example. I've only checked in Outlook, the image seems to scale down nicely to fit on smaller displays, but on iOS the image is a bit small, but can be clicked on to expand out for details.

Given this logo is used for the web portal, i suspect you aren't using it?
Any reason why simply didn't add HTML directly into the template and just removed the {{org logo}} out?

No reason - i'm still just setting it up, so i'll probably have to use html instead of the logo if that's the case so i can use the logo in the web portal.

Thanks, that looks great @DenMurphy. I might be a bit lazy and use my email signature I created first and see what it looks like. When I get time I have a play around with Canva too.

Canva have some ready to go IT type templates, and then just get ChatGPT to create some better copy that suits you and your business and services you provide (drop a screenshot of the template you like into it and tell it to write to suit that layout).
Thanks @DenMurphy, I will give it a go. In the meantime I edited my email sig & uploaded to Org. Logo. Had to play around with the sizing a bit, but much happier with how it looks on the emails and invoices than just my logo. Thanks again for a great idea. 😀
