assigning a ticket
Having and issue assigning a ticket to a Entra contact. Person has a computer and the computer is assigned to them in the ticket however, the "TO" portion can't seem to find them by their email.
note in my screenshot the asset is correct however and the first inital/last name are the same between the TO and the Asset however, they are not the same person. If I click Search All Clients the user still does not show up.

Did it not show correctly in the image you shared. It looked like you typed sdavis and the email showed. Is the information in her contact record correct?
There are 2 sdavis. 1 has 6135 at the end and the other (correct) one is 6373.
@SlimDayspring do you have CIPP setup and the client mapped to M365?
yup. Been working great for 6+months. Unless it broke recently. However if I go to the correct asset, it shows the connection to Microsoft Entra ID.
@SlimDayspring EntraID joined device detection is done separately to our CIPP integration fyi -- these are not related.
Is the user sdavis6373@ licensed in M365? We only sync licensed users into Gorelo as a contact via CIPP.
