✨ Approve and Invoice - Relative and custom date filters have been added like 'This month' and 'Previous month’
✨ Assets - ‘New’ tag has been introduced and will apply to all newly installed agent assets. This tag will be automatically removed after 72 hours (configurable)
✨ Assets - macOS agent has been rebuilt to address memory usage
✨ Tickets - New Ticket Created auto-response will now only be delivered to the original sender
✨ Tickets - Keyboard shortcut ‘R’ has been introduced and opens the Public Reply comment box
✨ Tickets - URLs can now be pasted into Checklist items and will launch in a new browser tab
✨ Tickets - Contacts are now created as per normal for your custom domain if removed from Stripped Domains (for internal IT teams)
✨ Settings - The current default or custom URL is now displayed in the Client Portal area
🐛 Assets - Fixed an issue where ‘You have unsaved changes’ in other tabs would result in a native browser prompt when launching Connect
🐛 Assets - Fixed an issue where Redfish checks were failing when scheduled but working on demand
🐛 Assets - Fixed an issue where the last column in a CSV export was empty
