GoreloConnect for client usage?

Is it possible to have a locked-down client view for internal IT at one of our customers that would let them use Gorelo to provide support to their devices? Primary need is for them to list and remote into endpoints, anything beyond that (such as access to ticketing) would be a bonus.

Kinda, a co-managed scenario like this has not been designed yet but you can get pretty close with groups/roles. However, there are few caveats like access to their specific Client Detail, banners, agents awaiting adoption etc. Might be better to discuss over a call and see how close we can get.. maybe only a few small changes would be necessary on our end to make this viable for your use case.

I I'd love to be able to just provide remote control for a few specific people at a specific client (and, ideally, tied to their entra logon)

2x different uses cases here that will be covered separately: - Co-managed where a user needs access to multiple assets for remote control and administration etc. (we can get pretty close right now with some gaps) - WFH where a user needs access to their own assets (this one has a prerequisite https://feedback.gorelo.io/p/sparkles-assets-assign-contacts-to-assets-2)
