Client Portal
Hey all
Sorry if I've missed this somewhere, but a couple of questions on the client portal:
How do they access it?! Is there a specific URL we give them that logs them into 'our' Gorelo?
If we want to give a specific contact at a customer access to all of that clients tickets, is that the contact tag Portal - All Tickets? Or does that give them access to ALL tickets i.e. not just their companies?

The standard portal link is https://portal.gorelo.io.I'm not sure about the tickets access question, but it would make sense that only gives them access to their client's tickets, not your entire tenant's.

Thanks mate. So am I correct in thinking the client needs to be created in Gorelo already as a contact to be able to log in? There's no way for them to create their own login?
Correct — they need to exist in Gorelo as a contact. They can technically do this themselves if they email in for the first time from a domain that’s associated with the Client already — it will create a contact for them.
‘Portal - All Tickets’ will give that contact access to all tickets that belong to that specific client.
