Is there no way to change the ticket status fields?

I would like to add scheduled to this list, but not seeing a way to do this.

Not just yet — custom statuses are in development right now. https://feedback.gorelo.io/p/unicorn-custom-ticket-statuses-2 When putting a ticket on hold, you can provide a reason. This shows up when you hover the On Hold status on the ticket list. You can also schedule the ticket on your calendar and a small calendar icon will appear against that ticket on the ticket list
