I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if I'll need to request this feature.
When remoting into a machine is there
A) Option for it to pop up saying Technicians name is connecting or connected
B) User has to click accept to allow connection

Neither of those options exist at this stage but they will be built. You can initiate Chat beforehand as a workaround — or @Tengin can share a script that essentially prompts for consent.

Make sure to set it to run as user in settings.
Edit top 3 variables
Logo shows in top left if you add it. It's 24x24
You can edit any of the numbers throughout the script to change the box / element sizes
It should always force ontop of any windows also
