Monthly Ticket/Email to Client

Had a question from one of our techs today who has a monthly routine. Is it possible to schedule a ticket creation with an automatic email to a client? I know we can schedule a ticket to be created but you can not add a client contact to this. Also know you can do events "on ticket create" but without the client contact there is no email sent out. But dont see a way of combining this workflow? is this correct? For the moment we have an off Gorelo powershell that emails the client and the helpdesk, but would be nice to have it all within the ecosystem. The reason for this is monthly re-occuring task for collection of information needed to invoice another client which we share responabilities.

I haven't tested this, but are Event & Time Automations triggered by Scheduled Tickets? If that's the case, then you can use that to send your email to the client?
