Contract Labour

What are people doing in regards to adding a labour component to contracts? Do you include it in your bundles or are you adding a separate line item? For instance my bundles are services only and then I usually add labour on top. I don't care which way I do it, just want to know what the way Gorelo envisaged it so I can do it that way?
Solution:
Replying to this one: | | Can we add using decimal quantities in our bundles? | | E.g labour hourly rate I want to attribute .5 per user bundle sold. Bake the labour price into the bundle and then the actual cost of delivering that labour will be calculated based on your time entries and hourly costs set on the user...

As in, you're reselling a heap of products and then looking to cover the 'Labour' cost on an Unlimited Hours contract? You can bake it into the overall bundle price and mention it in the description (see image). Or you could break it out as it's own line item if you'd like. A few other people might chime in with how they approach it.

OK thanks, Ideally I don't want labour itemized outside of the stack, if that makes sense.

Can I just add a quick side question, who has access to users information? I have a technician who will help me build out Gorelo but I don't want them seeing user costs. Im talking the Hourly Cost in the User information.

All administrators -- maybe leave user cost blank for now while he helps build it out

If I make a role that has access to the following will he have it? Tickets, Assets, Scripts, Policies, Uptime, Alerts, Forms, Ticket Summary, Asset Summary, Time Spent, Billing Read-Only, Documents
