Is there a way to automatically create a ticket every month?

I just wanted to check — is there a way to set up an automated ticket that generates every month?

Ideally, we’d like this to be a recurring ticket for regular monthly tasks (e.g., system checks, reports, or maintenance). It should automatically create a new ticket with the same title, description, and assignee at the start of each month.
