Send appointment to requester in ticket
Just started looking at gorelo and can't figure out if there is a way to book an appointment with someone who has lodged a ticket.
E.g client needs viso installed > I book appointment via ticket it sends meeting invite and adds to my calendar?
Apologies if this has been asked a lot but I did search and wasn't able to find it.

You can book tickets to your calendar if you've enabled the integration (https://feedback.gorelo.io/help/articles/6991158-outlook-calendar). This is directly in the ticket. It will show in your calendar, just make sure the 365 Sync is checked.
An invitation won't be sent to the end user though, just the technician.

Thank you. Is there any plan to add the ability to send it to the end user as well? I use this all the time in my current PSA, and I'm not sure if I could do without it.
