Lag showing assets online/offline
Sorry if this has been answered before. I notice there is always a lag of several minutes between when an asset is online/offline to when it shows online/offline in Gorelo. If I do a refresh of the browser page it will often show as online/offline a lot quicker. However this is an issue if I have a ticket open with the timer running as a refresh resets the timer. I still have TeamViewer on some assets and I notice the asset appears online/offline in TV at the same time the asset goes online/offline. Am I missing something, or is there another way to refresh the asset tab without refreshing the whole browser page?
