Contract and Billing Setup Enquiry

Hello, I have a question for how to setup our contract and billing . We have our Service Contract bill with following logic and I'm wondering how could we set it up in Gorelo. (or if it is possible).
Appreciated if you can share some of the idea. Thank you. 🙇‍♂️

Service Calculation Rules for PSA
1. Contracted Clients
• Remote Support
o Billed per 0.5-hour increments.
o Policy: Add a 10-minute buffer before counting the next 0.5-hour block.
e.g. 35mins = 0.5 hr , 41 mins = 1 hr

• On-Site Support
o Minimum charge: 2 hours.
o After 2 hours, billed per 1-hour increments (based on client contract).
o Policy: Add a 15-minute buffer before counting the next 1-hour block.
e.g. 2hrs 15 mins = 2 hrs, 2hrs 18mins = 3 hrs

• Telephone Support
o Non-reducible hour (Non-billable).

2. Billing Based on Contract Type
• Each client’s billing depends on their contract:
o Unlimited: No additional charges for covered services.
o Limited: Charges apply after the included hours are consumed.(e.g. 10 hrs / month and bill the Basic Package yearly / quarterly) + Exceeded Usage for MONTHLY.
o Block (MONTHLY): Services deducted from pre-paid block of hours. (e.g. 30 hrs / year).

3. Non-Contracted Clients
