Public Comment Email Formatting
Is it possible to edit the format of the email a customer receives from a Public Comment?
It would be great to be able to add our logo and maybe some extra info around the ticket such as link to the all the ticket info / comments in the portal, communication history, etc.
This would be especially useful for Approvals if it could include the original requester's email so it's not just on the tech to add info. Cheers

Two separate things here -- extra info on public comments will be possible when we enhance email signatures (personal and global). Add your feedback/vote here please https://feedback.gorelo.io/p/html-or-rich-text-signature-in-ticket-responses-2
This isn't a full comment template but just added info at the bottom.
Approval -- you can attach the public comment thread when you send the approval via the this checkbox:

Currently can only enter plain text...
