"Hi! Can the ticket dashboard show tickets with colors or flags for client tiers?"

"The goal is to quickly see which tickets need priority attention. Ideally, each ticket would have a border, flag, or color indicator based on the client/company tier:

Blue: Tier 1

Green: Tier 2

Yellow: Tier 3

Red: Breakfix

This way, when viewing the dashboard, we can immediately know which tickets require urgent attention (Red) and which are lower priority (Blue/Green/Yellow). Essentially, it’s the same idea as status colors, but applied to client tiers for better prioritization."
