How does one set up multiple in-bound email addresses/ticket ques?

We receive an error 500 right now when we try to add a second email address/inbound ticket que.
Nothing in the documentaitonb imp[lies we cannot have more than 1 ticketing email address, indeed, it looks like it might be the correct way to handle a few edge cases.
We had considered adding extra ques as a way to begin addressing separate pods or cooperating with a comanaged situation.
Would love to understand what's up, thanks!
