How best to handle/create Microsoft products with different billing and commitment terms?

As an example, if we have 'Client A' using M365 Business Premium with a monthly commitment term ($26.40), and 'Client B' using M365 Business Premium with an annual commitment term, paying monthly ($23.10), and finally 'Client C' using M365 Business Premium with an annual commitment term, paying annually ($264.00). Do those all need to be entered as different products? If so, what would be a good way to name them so the correct one is selected for a given client? Curious about what others do here, and how to think about this. Thanks!
Solution
Personally, I make 3 of them, and then use
(Monthly Commit/Monthly Payment)
(Annual Commit/Monthly Payment)
(Annual Commit/Annual Payment)

for ever. single. god-forsaken microsoft forsaken license.
