Gorelo 2025 — Year in Review (Release Notes 2025.12.26)
2025 was huge for Gorelo with 43 releases and 374 updates shipped along the way: 39
features, 221 
enhancements, and 114 
bug fixes.
This year was all about getting the fundamentals solid… and actually launching the thing
Gorelo officially launched on May 15, and over the months that followed we rolled out major foundations — Gorelo Connect, end-user chat, and SOC 2 to name just a few.
We’ve got big plans for 2026! Projects is in the final stretch, Proposals is right behind it, and we’re also bringing Australian infrastructure and AUD billing. A full UI/UX redesign is on the cards too… and yep, Light Mode will finally be happening!
A few sneaky releases to close out the year
Quick Connect is now available in alpha — generate a short URL for a one-off remote session. Access it via Asset List → bottom of Views → Quick Connect. (Windows-only for now, more to come)
Assets - Agents are now quicker to report online after boot
Assets - Tray App mailto: link now supports additional parameters
Tickets - Keyboard shortcut ‘N’ has been introduced and focuses the private comment field
Xero - Draft invoices can now be synced (toggled off by default)
Automation - Fixed an issue where @ticket notifications were not sent to organization owners

Maintenance Mode for Assets (pause checks/plugins/scripts + silence alerts)
Maintenance Mode for Uptime
Expiration Rules — alerts for domains/contracts/warranties nearing expiry
1Password integration — work with passwords alongside tickets/assets/docs while keeping 1Password storage + autofill
Slide integration — bring backup visibility into Gorelo and even kick off snapshots from the Asset page
Public doc links — share docs publicly (no auth), using your portal URL + branding
Related Items — relate Contacts/Documents/Assets together + attachments
Embedding — type ‘//’ to embed tickets/assets/clients/contacts/docs/passwords across the platform for easy context
AI (without the gimmicks):
- Prompt Management (control tone/style)
- AI Ticket Summary
- AI Ticket Tags + AI Ticket Types
- Sentiment Analysis (catch unhappy clients early)
Automation upgrades
- Webhooks from automation rules (+ Teams templates)
- Alerts as automation triggers
- More triggers/conditions/actions across the board
And of course… a mountain of improvements to tickets, billing, portal, scripts, uptime stability, mobile, and all the tiny paper cuts that add up over a year.
