Third Party support Emails

hello i have a third party support who requests access to a clients server to fix apps issues and they email us to get access. i want these request to be tied to that client for billing but i don't want them getting the auto reply's as it will generate and mail loop with their systems. am i on the right track if i add their domain to stripped domains but also add them as a contact in said client?

You can also set up another email address exclusively for them and toggle off the auto-response there
