Does Gorelo have the ability to auto-assign tickets based on conditions?

I have been searching and have yet to be able to find anything on this. I was under the impression that this was a possibility or possibly on the roadmap? I don’t want to have to be tethered to the queue to make sure that every ticket that comes in is potentially in danger of breaching SLA because I may have been too busy working on something else to acknowledge it or work it in time. Any guidance on this would be appreciated.
