Ticket from email forwarding

Email forwarding into tickets

I have users who like to enter a conversation with other users or vendors etc. They eventually get stuck and they forward the same email chain to our support email which creates the ticket in our help desk. The quirk is that the previous emails exchanged does not appear. Is this intedned? are there workarounds/ways to get the entire email chain? Thank you for the help!
