Automating Ticket Banners
One we use a lot is a time-entry based ticket banner - for customers getting a certain amount of support time per ticket for free. So for example, ticket has hit 2 hour's of time entries - Banner appears stating "Blah blah - any further work is now billable - please inform client", or one 30 mins prior to the cutoff "Please be aware - Ticket is approaching billable time". Lots of other uses im sure, "Customer has xx block hours available" (Sore point for me right now...).
Am I wrong/stupid and this IS possible currently?
