Automated Public Comment Email Formatting

We have set up some automations to send follow up emails when a ticket status is 'With User' and we haven't heard back from the end user. We have three automations, one sent 48 hours after changing the status to 'With User'. another sent 96 hours after, and another to mark the ticket as resolved 7 days after the initial change of status.

The automations are working fine, but the Public Comment formatting on the resulting emails isn't working. Here is what the comment looks like in the automation:

Is there any way to correct this?
