Automation Not Working

We have set up a ticket automation as per the example in the help articles, whereby we want the members of the Helpdesk group to be notified when a new ticket has been left unread and unassigned for 45 minutes. When triggered, we want to create a Private Comment that tags the Helpdesk group. For testing purposes, we have reduced the time from 45 minutes to 2 minutes, but otherwise the automation is as per the example.

The automation isn't working, so no Private Comment is being added and the members of the Helpdesk group aren't being notified. I'm not sure if the notification would only appear in the Notifications area of Gorelo or if an email should be sent, perhaps someone knows? Here is a screenshot of the automation as we have it set up. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
