Product updates will follow in a separate release. ⚠️ **API **- GET /v1/tickets/{id} - BillingOverride now returns ServiceLine, BillingRole and WorkType as { Id, Name } objects instead of ContractServiceId, BillingRoleId and WorkTypeId ⚠️ **API **- PATCH /v1/tickets/{id} - BillingOverride.ContractServiceId is now ServiceLineId. Requests still sending the old name are rejected with a 400 ⚠️ **API **- BillableStatus Id 2 is now named No charge (was NotBillable) and Id 3 Non-billable (was NotBillableHidden). Ids are unchanged — match on Id, not Name ⚠️ **API **- GET /v1/tickets - ContactId is now null instead of 0 when no primary contact is set ⚠️ **API **- PATCH /v1/tickets/{id} - ClosedOn sent without UpdatedOn now sets UpdatedOn to the same value instead of the current time ⚠️ **API **- Stricter validation. @everyone 📰 **Release Notes 2026-08-28** 🦄 **Live Terminal** (preview) is now available on Windows and lives alongside the standard CLI for now. Output streams as it happens, the session keeps its state between commands, and interactive prompts work — so nslookup, diskpart, and Read-Host all behave the way they do when you're sitting at the machine. ✨ **API **- You can now set a backdated CreatedOn and UpdatedOn when creating a ticket or comment via the Public API (optional but useful for migration) ✨ **Assets **- Disk usage, CPU, and memory checks are now available for macOS ✨ **Invoices **- Dynamic assets and contacts now appear after bundled products on invoices (applies to new invoices only) ✨ **Tickets **- Additional variables are now available for email templates 🐛 **Dashboard **- Fixed an issue where the time spent widget was missing under certain circumstances 🐛 **Docs **- Fixed an issue where document content disappeared when opening a document in edit mode 🐛 **Invoices **- Fixed an issue where dynamic quantities and invoice period were displayed without line breaks on Xero and QuickBooks invoices 👇👇 Live Terminal in action
