It would be great to be able to add our logo and maybe some extra info around the ticket such as link to the all the ticket info / comments in the portal, communication history, etc.
This would be especially useful for Approvals if it could include the original requester's email so it's not just on the tech to add info.

I'm trying to create a script in Gorelo to automatically install AutoElevate similar to how it worked in NinjaRMM. I created the three variables for the license key, elevation mode, and blocker mode in Gorelo, and I used the existed client.name and client.locationName for the other variables. However, when I run it against an online device, it gives an error at the end of the powershell line stating the the device is offline. The device was online according to Gorelo at the time, but may have gone offline as I was running it or was in the process of rebooting.
We have a few docuemnts in-house already that would be perfect for the client portal and therefore, documents. Currently we have them in Word and PDF formats, though they're multi-pages long and quickly lose formatting with a simple copy/paste.
Does anyone have a best method to import existing documents that has worked for them?
I am in the process of setting up our customers to have Check (browser extension from CyberDrain https://docs.check.tech/) installed and configured so that reporting flows back in to CIPP logs.
In order to enable reporting back to CIPP logs, the Check documentation details that the tenant ID/domain needs to be inserted in to the deployment script.
I have imported the script in to Gorelo and added a custom client field for tenant ID - intending to then update that field for each M365 customer.
Trying to save some manual entry, and being informed that Gorelo already use CIPP integrations to pull M365 data, is there an easier/better way to achieve this? Example - Tenant ID pulled from the M365 integration is automatically populated to a custom client field OR Domain pulled from M365 integration is added to clients domains which can then be used as a variable in script?
Is it possible for a client contact to view all associated tickets within their own company?
Eg. the service desk software we're moving from allows specified users to view all tickets that have been raised within their company. This is normally an internal IT admin or Ops manager.
If this isn't available is there a way to share a ticket's info with someone else within the company other than them being on the email trail?
I've been using Gorelo for a while now and really appreciate its capabilities. However, I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be a straightforward way to link contacts to their regularly used assets.
I believe that having the ability to associate contacts directly with the assets they use would greatly enhance our workflow and improve overall efficiency. It would make it so much easier to identify which contacts are tied to specific assets when we're working on projects or addressing support needs.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Iâd love to hear your thoughts and gather support for this idea!
Hi Folks, I have hit an interesting issue when trying to install the Gorelo RMM on 3 brand new MacBook Airs.
Steps Taken: Remote onto MacBook Air with Splashtop Gather the Gorelo RMM Script for MacoS from Gorelo Run Terminal on the MacBook AIr Paste in Script and hit enter It does not prompt for a password I have attached a very short video to outline what happens.
Have you had this reported before?
I might add that i have installed the Gorelo RMM on other iMacs and Mini Macs with no issues.
Hi, I have been testing the platform and want to start with a clean slate. I have 5 invoices that I marked as paid so I can't remove them. Is there an option to edit those invoices?
I feel like this is a silly question but I can't figure out why some of my assests show "missing" app status when the policy is pushed and they have winget installed. I get an erorr running any install on the popup. Am I doing something wrong?
Anyway to use active contacts in Gorelo as dynamic quantities for products in contracts? I know you can use CIPP for active users in the Microsoft tenant but would prefer to use Gorelo contacts.
