Base Mac Workstation policy tag not picking up Macs with MacOS Workstation tag

All my Macs have the MacOS Workstation tag but the Mac policy asset count is empty. I've deleted and recreated the Mac policy but asset count is still empty. Under Asset - Timeline I can't see any scripts that have run....

Client access to rmm

With our current rmm, we have given some clients access to just their own computers. Is there a way to do this in Gorelo without giving them access to the PSA, documentation, or any other client's devices?

I don't use Xero or QB for my invoicing but I do use Stripe. Can we get a Stripe integration please?

I use a combination of Stripe and Zoho for my invoicing depending on whether it is a one-off invoice or a repeating invoice.

Invoicing and Contracts

I need a little assistance in understanding the process of the invoices... Say I have Ticket #1 that has 1 hour of labor and a $50 product and it is assigned to a contract, once its approved in "Waiting to approve" and then moves to "Waiting to invoice", does generating an invoice from within the contract not clear these out? I have tickets in the Waiting to invoice list from months ago that I thought were already billed for... For instance, I have Ticket 87 that has over $1200 in products attached to it that I need to bill for. The 87 ticket is sitting in the Waiting to invoice field. When I go into the customer Contract, I do not see these charges......

Connection issues this morning?

Anyone else having issues getting into Gorelo this morning? I just have the gorelo logo spinning, no prompt to login (same with different browsers). Phone app seems to work.

Restrict documents from appearing in Search?

Is there a way to restrict an item in documentation from being shown in search results? Over time where public vs. client documentation is created there will be a lot of similar documents with only slight variations. I don't want to have to scroll through all the results for 'Entra' showing customised How to Set Up Entra...

Patch - Filter machines missing

We are trying to identify which machines are missing the November security updates (KB5068861) - I can filter the list by this KB but there doesnt appear to be any way to say "not installed" -- Also any idea why there is 2 entries?

Trial question

Hey guys If I create a trial and it expires after the 30 days will any config I create be removed? I will probably sign up for the paid version mid jan / February 2026, just want to know can the trial be upgraded then or will I have to start with a brand new environment. Cheers...

"Getting started with Gorelo" flyout beginning to really annoy me.

No, I don't want to add a custom domain so how to get rid of it once and for all. Same with the "Set as status" flyout. It's only me here so it's superflous to requirements....

Auto assigning Contracts to work based on location

I have a client with 3 different locations with 3 different contracts, however any work done is getting assigned to no contract, what does it use that I'm not doing so that it auto assigned rather than me having to change it in the approval process? I thought it might have been the end user location but it doesn't appear so?...

Solution:

If they need different billing names and different contacts in Xero then you're best to create separate clients in Gorelo. Billing on a 'per location' basis is generally so the client can report on things internally as opposed to truly being a different entity.

Trying to set up Mac Gorelo Connect

I've installed the Gorelo agent, finally. (And my Mesh Commander agent!) Got the remote user to escalate the privileges in privacy and security as the administrative user We switched back to the non-administrative user and now it's asking for privacy to be approved again, but when it goes into the Privacy applet, it's already turned on.. Is there something else I need to do? (I do appear to have a full system-level terminal shell via Mesh commander if i need to do stuff that way)...

I'm curious about how Gorelo will handle Mac / Linux app management?

Will it be homebrew with the associated problems of having to run under a real user ($ASKPASS required) or will they use Macports? Are there any other app management methods I don't know about?...

Expirations

Hey Not sure if this will be possible, but basically I'm looking for a way to generate an alert when an annual contract is coming up for renewal, just as a reminder for us to check numbers etc before it renews/invoices. None of our contracts have expiry dates though, they just auto renew..... so i'm thinking the current contract expiration alert won't trigger...

1 Tenant 1 Client 2 x Sites Split Billing

I have a Carehome Client with 2 sites and they have 1 Tenant with both domains in. I just moved there licenses from Microsoft Direct to Pax8. They've asked if I can split the billing between the two sites / legal companies. In Gorelo I have them as 1 Client and have 2 sites and users/machines set against relevant site. Before I go and mess things up or waste time does anyone know best way (If there is a way) to map the licenses to two different quickbook clients / invoices? I don't mind making two clients in Gorelo Site A / Site B as long as I can map from 1 x Pax8 client. ...
