Update product price on all contracts without also changing description?

Hi
I can see under a product the contract tab which shows all the contracts a product is in, and the little Sync icon on the right hand side which can update the price & description, however I don't want it to update the description as this wipes out the invoice period etc on there. Any way to just mass update the price only?
