responding to a closed ticket.

🦍Gorelo Questionβœ… Solved
Hey all I just found out that I missed a few customer tickets as the customer replyed to a closed ticket. The automation moved it from Closed to Solved, and because of how we do things we have a made Automation that moves "Solved" tickets to Closed after 15 mins. I didn't see an automation for What status a Re-Opened ticket goes to. Am I missing it? Is it something I can change?
Solution
Trigger would be ticket state is reopened
