When / if will Gorelo support offline script queueing?

As in run a script against an offline asset and have it run on first connect?

Bucket hours top-up only at threshold

Hi, I am having issues understanding block hours and billing. What I am trying to achieve is the following: My client receives an invoice on the first of the month for all their services. The client prepays for a block of hours. Those pre-paid hours do not expire and should only be topped up and added to their monthly invoice when they fall below a certain threshold. Can this be achieved in Gorelo?
Solution:
Yep - to a degree. When topping up the block balance, it would be a standalone invoice. You could always void it and manually add a line item to the contract for a single period (e.g Dec 1st to Dec 31st) https://help.gorelo.io/articles/4128430-contracts#2xodaalmmkk...

Is there a way to automatically create a ticket every month?

I just wanted to check — is there a way to set up an automated ticket that generates every month? Ideally, we’d like this to be a recurring ticket for regular monthly tasks (e.g., system checks, reports, or maintenance). It should automatically create a new ticket with the same title, description, and assignee at the start of each month....

How many policies that use winget can I apply to a device?

I have a few devices that I have multiple winget policies applied to. Some uninstall software, and othres install software. My problem is, only 1 of the policies has applied/installed the software.

Time and Auto Approved Invoicing Question

Sorry for the seemingly dumb question. Are approved billable ticket time entries automatically included into invoices that are on the Auto Approve and Send?

Can we please have Mac machine included under Assets -> Workstations?

Currently there is no way to have a Mac machine added to Workstations.

Contracts: Red box around dates

Can anyone confirm what exactly the red box in Contracts signifies? I'm thought maybe it's highlighting them because they are not in the current month?...

The item is greyed out and not active due to that date - E.g. the item period hasn't started yet or it has ended

Forms

We have a few Onboarding forms we send out for customer new hires. Each form is only allowed per that customer. The form is works great but does not add the customer as the company when the ticket is created. Is this a Bug?

Gorelo site is down, Can't open

I am unable to open Gorelo website.

Do I need an additional user licence for admin staff?

The only reason I ask is because they will be responsible for logging tickets as they come in by phone and I may outsource the calls so only want them to have the ability to log tickets.
Solution:
We're working on exactly this so admin/accounts style users (no RMM) will have their own license type that's cheaper.

Asset offline but Gorelo Connect still works

What is the best way to get a Gorelo Asset to report in again? I have restarted the VM. Gorelo Connect still works, I can access the machine fine, but the asset shows as Inactive.

Bulk Add Tags to Assets Manually

Is there a way to add tags to multiple assets manually that doesn't use expressions? Almost all of our computers in a location have different names (per department instead of standardized like the others) so it's not that easy to do expressions and I really don't want to have to go through and add tags to 60-70 computers manually.

Template Fields

Hi, just started trialling Gorelo and really liking it so far. When setting up an Invoice Template, I want to add a reference using a Template Field, and whilst the {{billingmonth}} works, there doesn't seem to be one for {{billingyear}}. Is there any way to view all the Template Fields that are available to use?

All my internal endpoints are offline

Can anyone figure out why all my endpoints are turned off? In my Gorelo it's showing my "Internal" systems and all of them say they are offline. Even though, I'm typing this message on one of the machines Gorelo says is not on. I can see maybe a system glitch if one machine is not connecting but none of them are, and some are in different locations altogether.

Ticket Automation Help

I'm really really sorry, but I just cant quite get the Ticket Automation sorted.. Please can I have some screen shots. Pretend I'm a 15 year old kid. I just need the tickets to revert back to OPEN when a client responds to them. I have a few custom ones, like "Waiting for Client" etc. I feel really dumb, but I hope I'm not judged to bad! 🙂

Reports/Dashboards

Is anyone doing anything with the Gorelo reports? I'd like to get something setup for viewing technician utilization (billable/non-billable/write-off) vs available hours. I think at the moment I would need to manually export the Timespent report and push into PowerBI on a regular basis. A Wallboard mode of the main dashboard with a few more widgets (Timespent by User?) would also fit the bill....

BitDefender GravityZone flags/blocks Huntress Plugin install

I just tried to push Huntress via Gorelo Plugin to a client with BitDefender Cloud Security + ATS and received a Malware Outbreak notification for Heur.BZC.Boxter.151.F98A7BEB in powershell.exe. The alerts all correlated to the Huntress push attempts, and adding an exclusion for powershell.exe allowed a subsequent installation, however that's not an exclusion I want in a anti-malware Policy. Is there a better work around for this Plugin deployment and is this expected behaviour from Bitdefender?...
