Chat to Portal interfering with security
I have recently received a report indicating that the new chat feature is being flagged as a malicious file by Secure Endpoint.
Gorelo has already been whitelisted in the past, but is this a new development?...

New Chat Feature, am I missing something?
Look forward to testing the new chat feature. But may be missing something. Is theere some sort of setup we need to do. Chat does not work on any of my devices. The chat box either never shows up or it does and just stuck on loading.

Prorata Questions
Hi, I've got a couple of questions on pro-rata charges for services/contracts please:
1. Can it apply pro-rata credits? Thinking of NCE licences in the 7 day window.
2. I've set up a test contract with some 365 licences. Checked the invoice previews and can see the licences on there. I've then changed the quantity number for those licences, but in the preview it has just changed the quantity for the full month? Should I be able to see those pro-rata charges in the invoice preview for the following month?...
Solution:
1. No — it’s only for additions. You can manually remove the prorated charge in the event of an NCE refund window like this though.
2. For the test contract, what is the start date? And has the first invoice been created yet?
If the start date is in the future then you won’t see prorated charges yet as the qty changes are going onto the first invoice....
Creating a Tag with OS Type?
I want to create a tag for all devices that have Cove Backup installed and are Workstations (and another tag for Cove Backup on Servers)

I’m a little confused by the Calendar / To Do. I guess that’s my specific user’s calendar? How can I put ticket appointments on the calendar of a specific technician? Thanks!
Automate ordering new licences / removing old licences
Does anyone have a good way of adding/ removing licences for clients? We're using Crayon mostly and Pax8 a little.
Current process involves opening a separate ticket for an accounts team member to log into Prism Portal and add licences manually, then tech assigns to user.
This made sense when the accounts team would need to update the client billing as well, but now if the billing quantity is updated by Gorelo automatically, the rest of the process doesn't make sense....
Disable New Ticket Created notifications on the mobile app?
I could disable app notifications but I might want to receive other things like @mentions. But with the number of new tickets created per day my phone notification bar is going nuts.

You can do this via your profile settings on the web — click your Profile icon up the top right > Settings > scroll down to Notifications
Support for more cloud marketplaces?
Pax is great here, but it's a bit of a dumpster fire overseas. We also have quite a few other cloud distis that are available.

Change Currency
Forgive me if Ive missed something totally obvious in the settings but...... is there an option to change the currency? Currently set as "$" and would like to change to "£".

Yep, Settings > Billing > Invoice Settings — you can change currency to pounds from there
Sample CSV for Importing Clients/Contacts/Products
Is there a sample CSV or full list of importable fields that I can use? I'm not sure what fields will work other than Client Name, Type, Status based on what shows up in the export csv.

org logo in support tickets
Is there a way to control the size of the logo in emails? I'm seeing varying sizes depending on the email reader.
Agent Branding
Wasn't sure if this was already talked about or not, my apologies if it has already been addressed, but will there be support for branding the RMM agent on client machines?
Create a customer collection for policies
I was wondering if its possible to create a customer tag or collection that we can use in policies.
Example "Premium Client" - which rolled out additional software that only that tier of client has subscribed to? or if we monitor clients more heavy we can have different policies for that collection.
At the moment i need to manually add the client to a series of policies which leads to human error if a policy is missed or forgotten or status changes....
Billing M365 Qty from CIPP doesn't include un-assigned licences. Any suggestions?
If I have clients that may have some spare licences in their tenancies, the link with CIPP only counts licenced users. Any suggestions for how to include the extra licences in my invoicing?
Gorelo invoice customization
Is there a way to update the starting invoice in Gorelo to match where Xero is essentially leaving off? Example: Invoice numbers in Xero are currently ending in INV-0060, but Gorelo invoice number is starting at like '5'

Then edit the Starting Number. We skip ahead ~10 to avoid any conflicts so it won't be exact....
App management for ARM processors
Just wondering if Gorelo will be supporting App management for devices with ARM processors and if so when?
Time Entries Contract/Work Types
Is is possible to make the selection of a contract or work type a required field on time entries? We have clients where some work is included and some isn't and will get missed if not selecting the correct contract or work type, creating more work after to resolve.
