Solution:
You could get close by setting 'Invoice Due (Days Later)' to 51. Assuming you have Invoice Creation (Days Before) set to 0, this would land on the 20th for months that have 31 days. Those with 30 and 28 would be the 21st and 23rd respectively.
What's the easiest way to tie specific billing role / rate to specific client?
I have two clients that have different base rates and I feel like I am spending a lot of time when I enter ticket time selecting the billing rate (selecting work type makes sense though). Is there a way to set the default for each client? These clients are unlimited hour contracts so I tried to set up a contract for that but it still picked the wrong billing role so I think I might be using that feature wrong. Thanks!
Solution:
Billing Roles are generally based on the person performing the work and won't often change E.g Technician, Senior Technician, Sales
Work Types define the actual work and what multiplier it attracts E.g Remote Support 1x, Onsite Support 1.5x, Travel 1x, Remote Support (After Hours) 2x etc.
You can override the Billing Role rate and Work Type multiplier at a contract level for each client when set to 'Per Hour' (see image)

What things does Gorelo query when I do an over all search?
I've had some issues with trying to find a clients computer. Sometimes I have to search for the computer name, others (because their Azure joined) I have to search for FirstnameLastname but I can't seem to grab the computer they are signed into by searching their email. OR even FirstInitalLastname I only get their synced contact through Azure and not a device they are signed into.

Entra ID email address (UPN) is now indexed 🙂
More column options on view pages?
As we're preparing our clients for the win 10 to 11 upgrade, we're trying to take notes on the processors and/or export. Is there a way to add more options for show/hide columns like processor?

The Asset Summary report has this info -- have you seen that? Reports --> Asset Summary (an administrator might need to give your role access to this report)
Native remote
I am curious what the native remote will be running on. The reason for asking is Screen Connect doesn't support Wayland, so basically any Linux support using that as the remote tool is broken.
Connectivity alerts auto-close
So.....when I first started up I decided to NOT have connectivity alerts auto-close. I wanted to know when servers dropped out, even if they came back up. Now that we've been in it for a while I'd rather have the alerts auto-close when the server comes back up. I'm not seeing any option for that in my servers policy....
How/where can I change that?...
Supported Windows Versions for RMM
What versions of Windows will the RMM support? We just tried an Win7 Pro machine and were met with alot of missing dependencies, so we're wondering what the min version is for the RMM software?

Operating systems need to be supported by the vendor — so Windows 10+ and 2016+
