Peppol problem

Heyo, I’m considering a move to Gorelo, currently I have SuperOps but the same problem occurs there. I need to find a way to integrate with the peppol network. If you want to get the whole Europe region as customer, this is something no other tool currently have. But it’s sadly rules in Europe and all the MSP’s are now searching for a solution. If anybody has time or an idea to help about this it would be awesome...

Connecting to Mac devices

Does anyone have any tips for connecting to a Macbook that shows as online in Gorelo, and the Gorelo Connect seems to connect but sits saying "Waiting for display" or similar? I don't have many MacOS devices to test with, some work, some don't. I tried remotely rebooting the device but it did the same thing after coming back up....

HI. ExGorelo user here from a couple of years ago. Today, I'm back. (Thanks, Mikel!!). Just setting everything up. It has come a long way. As a Keeper User, I wanted to see about 1Password... I have an MSP account, and I think I'm just being a bit dumb. Can someone help me with an idiot's guide to integration, please?

Invoice numbering

I'm very confused with the starting number for invoices. Our last invoice number from our current system is 021383. We decided to add a prefix onto invoices from gorelo to separate them, but wanted to carry on the numbering (more or less). So I set the prefix and the starting number in gorelo to OPIT-021375, thinking that it would then add 9 on and get me to the correct starting number. M365 & contact handling across divisions in a shared tenant

We have three related customers (divisions) operating within the same Microsoft 365 tenant. Each division needs to be billed separately through Gorelo (We're currently using Connectwise and it's a mostly manual process). While each division has its own domain, those domains aren't actively used for email or identity separation. Each employee belongs to only one division, and the customer does not want to split the divisions into separate tenants. We recently got CIPP working and linked the M365 tenant to all three divisions in Gorelo, but that seems to have backfired—every employee is now associated with all three divisions in Gorelo, which breaks our billing logic. Historically, we've used the "Department" field under M365 user contact details to distinguish employees by division. We could also consider changing users' primary domains to match their division assignments. Our goal is to automate contact management and M365 license billing as much as possible within this shared-tenant setup. Has anyone tackled this kind of scenario?...

Hi mate, If all users are in the same M365 tenant then they will need to be under the same client in Gorelo. You can then bill based on Security Groups in their M365 tenant....

Rebranding

So we are currently under 1 name but in about 2-3 months we are looking to rebrand. Is custom domains, portal name, and Organization name simple to modify? Just don't want to set all this up and then have issues changing when our legal name changes.

Invoice "Amount Paid" line

Can someone explain this to me please, For projects we typically require a downpayment and we invoice separately for this, at the end of the project it would be great to be able to create a final invoice for the relevant products/labour and then mark the "Amount Paid" from the first down-payment invoice, effectively giving a discount off the final invoice. Is this what this line is designed for?

Contact tags as Dynamic Quantity

I see in the Dynamic Quantities video that "Contact Tags" comes up as a source, but that does not show as an option for me. What am I missing? I see CIPP as a source, but not contact tags. I'm trying to add per-user invoicing and I want to use tags to include or exclude users for a give product/bundle. Ref: https://youtu.be/55eUpR9TO4U...

That's selected in Gorelo when you choose 'Microsoft 365 (CIPP) as your dynamic quantity source. You can absolutely request dynamic contacts as a feature. Go to the '?' button in the bottom-left of Gorelo > Give us feedback > Feature request...

Deploying to MacOS via MDM

Is there a mobileconfig file for deploying Gorelo Connect via MDM?

Time Clock

We like to track all work that is done not just work done on tickets as some stuff is not billable for us. Without having a ticket, is there a way to "Clock In" and "Clock Out" and keep notes on each time clock entry?

Asset -> Files

Does asset uploaded files upload the file to every single machine in gorelo? or only machines that use the file in powershell?

Pax8 Integration renew

We're getting a banner "Your Pax8 integration is expiring in 8 days. Please re-integrate your Pax8 account to avoid disruption. Renew Integration" Im not seeing how to actually renew. How can I renew?...

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if I'll need to request this feature. When remoting into a machine is there A) Option for it to pop up saying Technicians name is connecting or connected ...

Custom Fields and Reporting

Is there a way to add custom fields to the reports? Meaning, If I want to export out all the custom fields that I have created and made part of the asset, how would I be able to do that?

Helpdesk - Mark emails not to reply

I have a few services (such as defender alerts) that email my helpdesk but don't need a reply to. How do I mark that email address as a do not reply for the helpdesk to prevent errors like this?

Custom Fields for Assets

It seems custom fields only work for agent based assets, not manually entered assets. Is their a way to do this that I just don't know?

Is there no way to change the ticket status fields?

Goerlo Mac Agent - Connection dependency & "OS Uptime"?

Installed the agent on a brand ne M4 MacBook Pro yesterday. Client took home and popped back online this morn so I could continue setup. Connected via Gorelo connect, had to change user and lost connection. Could not connect again. I issued a restart command from Gorelo and lost contact altogether. I'm sure its a case of not understanding how the Mac agent works and the conditions required for the device to appear as online (other than an internet connection etc..) and available in the Gorelo assets section and connectable by Gorelo Connect. If anyone can clarify or point me to docs/discord posts that I have missed please do. Also, and slightly related, keen to understand how the "OS Uptime" metric reports. I have noticed on some machines (Mac & Windows) that even after a reboot the "OS Uptime" on the asset tab will report something like "10 days 17 hrs 28 min". Is it dependant on teh "type" of reboot etc?...
